Mother’s Day: An Itemized Haul
This year, I took the boys out, and let them shop for their own Mother’s Day presents for Jill. This resulted in her receiving the following:
- 1 Battle Force Strike Team (3 Pack) - Poseable Figures and Weapons
- 1 Pack Glitter Girl Rings (9 Styles)
- 1 Pack Velvet Art (with 5 colored pens)
- 1 Rubber Snake
- 1 Monster Truck
- 1 Glitter Girl Nail Set
- 1 Spider Man Light-up Yo-Yo
- 1 Neon Folder (to hold boys’ artwork)
- 1 Birthday Card with subsequent Mother’s Day crayon modifications
- 1 Whoopee Cushion
Love it! You go Liam, Nate and Sam! What wonderful choices!!! Know Mum-Mum loves them all!
Nine presents and a card on Mother’s Day.
Probably not a record but I’ll bet it is right up there.
Quite an assortment too.
All selections appear to be better choices than the standard fare of slippers and hankies.
One suggestion, maybe next year take them in a mall entrance that leads them past a chocolate shop.

Loved the whoopie cushion and the rubber snake. Hey, at least MUM-MUM got 2 girlie things!! Most likely the other presents will be used by all the boys. I can just hear Jill laughing (out of earshot) after everything was opened. I bet they had a wonderful time shopping. Love to all.
My moms great, its good to have her around, everytime I have a question about something she’s only a phone call away.
