I’ve really been trying all day to come up with something witty to say about this post….But the only thing I keep coming back to is just: Fun and Love. Love the pictures and boys look like they had a great time making a mess.
You gotta love springtime. I miss my carefree youth, we’re backyard fun ruled, with water, mud and whatever else that made my mom cringe. Great photos.
I’m loving the mud! My daughter’s high school soccer team played their last game on a muddy field, and after the game was over they played on the firled like it was a gigantic slip-n-slide. Great pics.
So, I guess they are on their way to being either pig farmers or firemen.
Also a possibility, should full service gasoline stations ever come back into vouge, they obviously have plenty of experience in “swinging the hose” so they could be a shoe-in for that. Fill-’er-up lady?
Further, I think Nate and Liam need to really bask in their glow now because when Sam gets a few more years on him, I predict he is going to rule the roost!
The third kid is ALWAYS the best!
=-)
I always thought Craig would probably become an aviator. He had quite a bit of experience flying through the air before he ever boarded his first plane.
Maybe the landings turned him off to the idea.
……….crackle, crackle, midget man, this is the tower, you are cleared for take-off on runway three right, over. No, no, no, no, noooooooooooooooooooooo——-THUMP.
Alert fire and rescue we have a plane down on takeoff, runway three right. Airport security, now issuing an APB for claws. Consider nailed and dangerous.
No thanks! If I’d had a bigger log pile from which to choose my weapons, it would have meant that *I* had dragged the brush, split the wood, and stacked the logs while I watched Craig jet across the yard and into the woods, laughing and giving me the finger on his way out.
Sam is a friggin BEAST!!! Good pics!
Nice mud splatter, but I think my favorite thing about the photos are the titles that show up when one hovers the mouse over them.
Ahhh….sweet little, dirty boys! It doesn’t get any better than this….life is good!
and one sweet, clean little boy enjoying his big brother’s swing!

Great pics Bill! They look very professional, and the kids seem to be having a blast! Hope all is well!

You mean I could have had a 3rd, even BETTER cousin!?!? Why’d ya stop at 2?????
We only had a four place setting of dishes.
Ha! Craig would have benefitted. I could have spread the beatings out over two siblings then.

He he he… yeah, that and a target in a log-throwing competition. Jill definitely would have needed a bigger log pile w/a third.
