Over the weekend, I was able to snap a few pictures of the elusive squirrel as he sniffed around our porch pots, then mysteriously disappeared back into the trees.

  3. Bill,
Jill’s birthday is coming very soon.
Here is your chance to get her something she will really like and be able to put to good use.
I have three words for you and I know you will just be kicking yourself that you didn’t think of this already………….. “KENTUCKY SQUIRREL RIFLE.” The perfect gift for a woman with squirrel problems.
Probably would be good to pick up a silencer while you are at it. I doubt the neighbors will welcome the loud bangs.
No doubt they will have all they can handle with what I would expect will be very exuberant and animated front yard victory dances after successful hunts.

  4. A Kentucky Squirrel Rifle sounds lovely! Do they come in pink?

I’ll be like Carl Spackler huntin’ the gophers on Caddyshack.

“License to kill gophers by the government of the United Nations. Man, free to kill gophers at will. To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case my enemy is a varmint. And a varmint will never quit - ever. They’re like the Viet Cong - Varmint Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that’s all she wrote. “
